First Home Buyer

The First Home Buyer scheme is a national scheme funded by the Federal Government, but administered through each state or territory Revenue Office. The grant offers first home buyers $15,000 towards their first home purchase or build new home by offering $10,000 grant. The NSW Government states that FHOG was designed to assist as many young people as possible to buy their first home.

Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident

Must be  buying or building your first home in Australia

Have the intention of occupying the property as your principal place of residence within 12 months of the settlement and living in it continuously for at least 6 months

However, there is a cap on the maximum property price a first home buyer can pay and still be eligible for the grant. Contact us and everything will be looked after.
